Holiday Shipping
Place your order by Dec 5 to guarantee receiving your parcel by Dec 25.

Due to current disruptions with Canada Post, we are unable to provide standard shipping at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you and are actively looking for more affordable shipping options. Thank you for shopping small this holiday season!

General Information
Standard processing time for orders is 5-7 business days.

The customer is responsible for entering the correct address. If you live in an apartment/suite, it is your responsibility to make sure it is well indicated. Any additional shipping costs incurred for rejected or returned to shipper packages will be the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking
In most cases, we rely on untracked shipping to keep the postage affordable for everyone. If you would like to include tracking, please select during checkout.

Orders over $100 CAD will automatically be upgraded to tracked shipping.

Canada
Local pickups are available for residents within Vancouver, BC.
For orders within Canada, please allow 4-10 business days for your package to arrive.

United States
For orders within the United States, please allow 1-2 weeks for your package to arrive.

International
International shipping rates vary. During checking we calculate shipping costs based on your location and estimated weight of your package.

Depending on your location, your package could take 4-6 weeks to arrive.

At this time, we are unable to process returns or exchanged through online orders. We are a small business and currently don't have the means to offer them, but let us know if you have any concerns via email and we will do our best to help you!
